LESSONS ON FEEDING AT 0300

Babies still loving the 3am feeding - which can become quite a challenge with 1 adult who is semi-awake and 2 crying babies. How the Turners do 3 must be quite fun (maybe whiskey? or benadryl?) - I play a game called "Balancing the Bottles!"

UPDATED FUN PHOTOS

Babies are still alot of fun - watching them grow. Cant wait until they say NO! and throw tantrums together! Both are smilling and grunting alot when hungary. They can also hold their heads up - but usually only for food. Anyone is welcome to come help ..I mean "visit" at any time!! ;-P

WE HAVE A NEW HELPER!!

So Many family and friends have been helping alot! We know have Laura's sister Nilda acting as our official nanny/lala in training! We appreciate having the ability to have family aid in the care of the little ones. Hope she can hang in there - not an easy task dealing with 2 kids, Nutmeg, lala and me! thanks again Nilda - aKa Granny! Hang in there Nilda - we will bribe and give you whatever you need! Muchas Gracias!!

MANY VISITORS!

Of course we are blessed with many family members coming by to say = "Hola!" to the new ninos. We have enjoyed all the help as well as you all can imagine. Thanks again also for all the emails, cards, gifts and kind words. The children feel the love and affection and it shows in there demeanor.

BATH TIME

As the parents know - bath time is always fun at this age! The kids love the water and esp having their hair washed. The grandma's / LaLa's both have had the opportunity to help!

2 month Peds visit

We had a 2 week check up with good progress at Brooke Army Medical Center Pediatrics. Now we also had our 2 month shots- Aoife almost 8Lb and Aedan now over 9Lb - his new nickname Gordo!! or Gordito!!

THE FUN HAS BEGUN!

After many nights of learning that all 17 people visiting and taking care of 2 little ones can't do all the feedings and changings together - we decided we may need to do some shift work so the man of the house doesn't hide in Mexico for the next 6 months. Jonmmark and Jen have much more out put - but giving 18 bottles a day / changing 18 diapers a day / that equates to buying a palate of supplies - oh the joy! The video demonstrates my ability to feed 2 at once!!

EARLY HOME LIFE

So many challenges we face - the "worst job one could ever love!" We are truly blessed and enjoying the milestones as all "you" previous parents are - smiling, bubbles, lifting head, interacting to voices and of course increased out put of bodily functions!

HOME LIFE WITH THE NEWBORNS

Sorry for the delay with multiple visitors and trying to adjust many schedules for the 2 little ones needing to be fed every 2 to 3 hours. My hat goes off to the single parents and crazy people with more than 2 (Johnmark and Jen)! So welcome home! Little ones and the guard dog, "Nutmeg" is happy to see them!
